Our stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, which made it a great place to relax in between our drive. However, the noise levels were a bit too high for our liking. The service was welcoming and helpful, though there was an attempt to dissuade us from valet parking. The location was simply perfect, close to galleries, shopping, restaurants, and offering beautiful views of the mountains. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some dishes being delicious and others not hitting the mark. The facilities were good overall, making our stay comfortable.
Despite a few drawbacks, my stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were nice, but with poor lighting and lacked some essentials. The service was exceptionally professional and engaging, although a bit neglectful at times towards existing guests. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the main plaza in Taos. The dining experience was a mix of high and low points, with delightful aspects but also some disorganization and overpricing.
